Learning about Fitness Training and Diet 1 HH Fitness Personal TrainingAbby was already attending various fitness classes at the local sports centre when she contacted HH Fitness, but she wanted an extra training boost and to learn how to take her fitness to a higher level.  Abby booked a set of 6 sessions with HH Fitness to kick start a new training plan.  Helen put together a plan which included some of the fitness classes that she would get the most out of, plus an introduction to running and resistance training.

Abby’s needs were as much educational as well as actual training, as she wanted to learn how to take her fitness forward without relying on a personal trainer. After just 6 sessions she was better able and confident to get the most out of her training and her running ability had increased from 5 minute intervals to a 25 minute jog. She also has a better idea of healthier food choices to compliment her changing and challenging exercise programme.
